Well, it’s been a long time. I still don’t really know what to say in a blog, how to own it and make it mine. My thoughts and life patterns are varied and scattered among at least a dozen paths. So I guess the best way to express myself is to dedicate a little bit of time, and a few hundred words, to each path.
In pursuit of this end, I have decided to dedicate three days a week to this blog and three separate subjects.
Mondays will be Martial Arts Monday during which I talk about something I have learned from, or gained, from studying martial arts. There will not be any moves or techniques described. I think if you take a moment you'll understand why that is a bad idea.
Wednesdays are now Randomness Wednesday. I research a lot of things. I'm a writer. It's what I do when I'm not writing or avoiding writing. As such, I have this stockpile of fascinating things I've learned about tons of subjects that never makes it into my novels. These are the days for random bits of knowledge.
Fridays will be Fitness Friday! Yep, I like to workout. I also love to eat. Like, a lot. And, I love to take a holistic approach to my health. Meaning I focus not only on what is physically uncomfortable, but what is emotionally and spiritually irritating as well. Fitness Friday will encompass all these aspects. From an awesome recipe I've learned to a new meditative technique or psychological concept, I will let you take a peek into my "real" life.
